Pani Puri is a traditional light bite dish and eaten in the evening as a snack and a form of chaat. Puri’s are made from flour and then fried in hot oil, until they fluff up to create a shell. We break the top of the shell and then fill the crispy shells with ragda, which is yellow peas and chutney and mixed with tangy flavoured water. This dish is suitable for vegans.
Eight Pani Puri served in one portion.
